We are located in Borivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Most of our orders are handled fully online. We accept orders from almost every pincode in India and ship using trusted courier partners.

You can send your ready-to-print PDFs via WhatsApp or Email. Please mention:

We calculate page count, printing charges, binding cost and courier charges and share a complete quotation for your approval before printing.

No account is required. You can place your order directly on WhatsApp or Email and complete payment through UPI or cash as advised.

We offer black and white printouts, colour printouts, notes printing, book printing, spiral binding, wiro binding, soft and perfect binding, hard binding, staple binding and loose sheets. We handle manuals, project reports, study notes and other documents for students, professionals and institutions.

Printing rates depend on the total number of pages, colour or black and white printing, and whether you choose single sided or double sided printing. At BulkPrintouts.com:

– Black and white printing starts from around ₹0.50 per page for bulk orders above 1000 pages.
– Colour printing for bulk orders generally starts from around ₹3 per page.

Smaller quantities may have a slightly higher per-page cost. Final prices depend on quantity, colour coverage and binding requirements, and are clearly shown in your quotation.

For bulk jobs, our pricing is usually more economical than typical local xerox shops because we use industrial printers and optimised workflows. This keeps the per-page cost low, especially for long notes, books and multiple copies.

We keep both printing and courier charges very competitive for all-India delivery. From time to time we may offer promotions such as free delivery or free binding above a certain page count. Please check the website or ask us on WhatsApp for current offers and deals.

Yes. Larger page counts and regular repeat orders may qualify for better pricing. Share your approximate volume and we can quote the most economical rates possible.

We print from ready-to-print PDF files. PDF preserves your layout, fonts, margins, page numbers and images exactly as designed, so you get consistent and predictable printing results.

Most applications have a built-in Save as PDF or Export as PDF option. For example, in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Google Docs you can choose the PDF option from the File or Download menu and save the final version of your document before sending it to us.

For a single PDF, we print all pages in the mode you choose: either full colour or black and white. If you want mixed colour and black and white pages, please split your document into separate PDFs: one for colour pages and one for black and white pages. We will then price and print them separately.

No. We do not run per-page colour detection. To avoid confusion and keep pricing clear, the full PDF is printed as colour or as black and white according to your selection.

Yes. We frequently print exam notes, coaching material and handouts for NEET, JEE, UPSC, CA, CS, CMA, medical and other courses. Diagrams, charts and clinical images can be printed in colour when required for clarity.

We mainly print on A4 size paper for notes and books, using good quality white sheets suitable for reading and writing. For covers or special jobs, thicker paper may be used based on the requirement and availability.

We provide spiral binding, wiro binding, hard binding, soft binding, perfect binding and staple binding. You can also order loose sheets without binding if you wish to handle binding yourself.

For thick notes that are used daily, spiral or wiro binding is very convenient because the book can lie flat when opened. For formal documents, theses or long-term storage, hard binding or perfect binding is generally preferred.

Spiral binding can hold several hundred pages comfortably, depending on paper thickness. Extremely large documents may be split into two or more volumes so that each volume remains easy to handle.

Yes. If your PDF already includes a designed cover or title page, we will print it as part of the book. If you have a separate PDF for the cover, you can send that as well and we will include it as per your instructions.

For normal spiral binding jobs that are approved and paid before around 4 PM, and up to roughly 5000 pages, we often dispatch the same day for Mumbai and Thane, subject to workload. Hard binding, soft binding and perfect binding jobs usually require a minimum of 4 to 5 days before dispatch.

In Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, urgent or same-day printing and delivery may be possible depending on your job size and our current workload. Please contact us on WhatsApp with your exact requirement so we can confirm feasibility before you commit to any deadline.

Delivery time outside Mumbai depends on your pincode and courier network. After dispatch, most parcels are delivered within a few days. We will share tracking details so you can follow the shipment online.

Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier tracking link or tracking number with you on WhatsApp or Email. You can use that link to see the latest shipment status.

We currently accept payment mainly through UPI and in some cases cash, depending on how the order is placed. Since all printing is custom, work starts after payment is received.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery, as every job is printed specifically for you and cannot be reused. Advance payment is required before printing.

Yes, we can provide a simple invoice or bill for your records. If you need specific details mentioned on the invoice, please tell us at the time of placing your order.

In case you find a quality issue or receive a damaged parcel, please take clear photos or a short video showing the problem and share them with your order details. We will review the issue and coordinate a fair resolution, including taking it up with the courier if required.

Yes. Your files are used strictly for printing and basic internal checks. Access is limited to staff members who are directly involved in processing your order. We respect your privacy and understand that many documents contain sensitive information.

Files are retained only as long as required to complete printing, dispatch and basic internal accounting. After that, they are removed from our active systems within a reasonable time frame. If you need us to delete files earlier, you can request it once your job is finished.

No. We do not edit or correct spelling, layout or page order. We print exactly what is present in your PDF, so please check your file carefully before sending it to avoid mistakes in the final print.

For sensitive corporate, legal or confidential projects, signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement may be possible. Please mention this requirement when you first contact us so we can review and confirm.
